Cheryl Anders, RN leads the business development and clinical operations at Think Big as a partner and Chief Innovation Officer. Cheryl is a seasoned healthcare executive with a wide range of experience and achievement in strategic planning, operations management, compliance and risk management, process improvement, leadership training, enhancing the patient experience, branding, marketing, public relations and corporate culture integration. She started her career as a registered nurse and practiced in numerous clinical settings-ranging from medical oncology to trauma. Realizing that her passion was to use her clinical skills and medical acumen in a progressive and influential way – to make a difference in health care access and impact on nationwide industry growth – she entered the field of hospital management as a strategist, business developer, and operations administrator. Since 1990, Cheryl has been instrumental in positioning hospitals and physician practices by focusing on patient care initiatives and outcomes, enhancing corporate culture and developing unique, progressive system platforms nimble enough to withstand change.
Cheryl Anders holds a Bachelor in Science degree in Nursing from Alfred University; is a member of the Medical Group Management Association; American College of Health Care Executives; Business Partner with the Palm Beach County School District; founding board member of Wellington Cares, first Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NORC) in South Florida; board member of the Central Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce; board member and Vice Chair of the Central Palm Beach Community Foundation; Chairperson, Central Palm Beach Chamber Foundation Young Entrepreneur Academy.

Nancy L. Brown, CPA leads Think Big Health Care’s financial operations as partner and CFO.
With an extensive background in accounting and medical practice management, Nancy has been instrumental in the formation and growth of a number of large medial groups in South Florida by building successful working relationships with physicians, practice administrators, legal and financial advisors. Her passion for effecting change in the landscape of healthcare has led her to take a strong leadership role in the management and development of these groups. From the business aspects of developing ways for practices to reduce the overall cost to deliver quality, cutting-edge healthcare for all, to empowering the groups to participate in current legislative matters affecting the delivery of healthcare in today’s changing political climate, Nancy has played a significant role in the design of these highly successful groups – one that builds partnerships with key players in the healthcare marketplace.
Nancy runs Think Big’s accounting, financial and RCM division. She has created a unique program called Practice Optimization Analytics© (POA) that combines her CPA acumen with practice administration, clinical and financial data all into one easy to understand report.
Nancy Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Florida International University; is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Tammy L. Sabatini leads the operations at Think Big as a partner and COO. Tammy has a wealth of knowledge in implementations, training, practice efficiencies, interfaces, practice set-up, database building, and transition after implementing hundreds of practices onto athenahealth. She has been a national project manager for one of athena’s largest clients, a Fortune 500 company.
Her clinical experience and pragmatic approach allow her to quickly identify and overcome real world problems and effectively communicate to staff and the teams she manages. Tammy’s significant knowledge of healthcare information technology and the need for integration in today’s healthcare environment ensure that clients operate with maximum efficiency and effect.
Tammy started her career in retail management as the operations manager for TJX Companies for 7 years and then transitioned to the medical field in 1996. She has an extensive background in healthcare starting on the clinical side as a unit secretary for a large multi-specialty group and working her way up to office manager. Along the way she did medical assisting, credentialing, practice setup, billing and just about everything in between. After working on the clinical side for 13 years she moved back into management, but this time combined her experiences. Her love of helping others do better, give the best care and be profitable at it was apparent in her role as Director of Operations at an MSO that managed hundreds of physicians across the State of Florida. She has worked with more than a dozen healthcare management software products and mastered athenahealth’s software earning the Jedi title.
